Home Boarding Guidelines

To help every guest enjoy a calm, safe, and comfortable stay, we kindly ask that you read the following guidelines before making a reservation.

Our service is designed to provide a calm, cage-free home environment for your cat, rather than a traditional boarding facility. To maintain this peaceful atmosphere, we observe the following guidelines:

  • Cats must be in good general health.
  • Cats showing signs of contagious illness will not be accepted.
  • Cats must have up-to-date core vaccinations appropriate for their age and health status.
  • It is recommended that cats come with their regular food.
  • We welcome cats from a maximum of two different households at the same time.
  • Depending on household arrangements, this usually means two to three guest cats in total. For example, when two cats come from the same household and are already comfortable living together, we may accommodate up to three guest cats, depending on availability and suitability.
  • Cats from different households are never mixed freely and are always kept separately when needed to ensure everyone's comfort and wellbeing.
  • Cats showing persistent aggressive behaviour towards people or other animals may not be suitable for our home environment.
  • To ensure a peaceful and stress-free environment for all guests, we can only accept cats that are not displaying heat or mating-related behaviours during their stay. By making a reservation, you confirm that your cat will not exhibit these behaviours while boarding with us.
  • In the event of illness, injury, or another situation requiring medical attention, veterinary care may be sought when reasonably necessary. Owners will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
  • In the event of an emergency where immediate veterinary care is required and the owner cannot be reached in time, reasonable decisions may be made in the best interest of the cat.
  • Any veterinary, medication, transportation, emergency, or related costs that may reasonably arise during the cat's stay remain the responsibility of the owner.
  • We aim to provide regular updates, photos, and messages during your cat's stay whenever reasonably possible.
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue boarding if we believe the arrangement is not in the best interest of the cat, other guests, or the home environment.
  • By booking a stay, the owner confirms that the information provided about their cat is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
