Boarding Service Protocol
This protocol outlines the mutual agreement between Black Princess & White
Prince (your "Host") and the cat owner (the "Guest") to ensure a safe and happy stay in
our home home environment.
1. Nature of Service
We provide personalized, cage-free cat care within our private residence. We limit stays to 1–2
cats at a time to ensure undivided attention. This is a home, home-based private service.
2. Health & Safety (Industry Standard)
To protect all guests, we follow high-end boarding safety standards:
- Vaccinations: Cats must have valid vaccinations (Feline
Calicivirus/Herpesvirus and Panleukopenia).
- Parasites: Cats must be treated for fleas and worms up-to-date (within 14
days of arrival).
- Well-being: Cats showing symptoms of contagious illness upon arrival cannot
be accommodated.
3. Mutual Liability Understanding
While we provide the highest standard of personal care and a safe home environment:
- The Host is not liable for illnesses, injuries, or death arising from natural causes, old
age, or pre-existing conditions.
- In the case of unforeseen accidents, our responsibility is limited to the total amount paid
for the specific boarding stay.
- Guests remain responsible for their cat's health history and behavior.
4. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency:
- We will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
- If unreachable, you authorize the Host to transport your cat to a local veterinarian for
urgent care.
- All veterinary, medication, and transport costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Payment: As this is a home private service, full payment is requested
in cash or via bank transfer on the first day of arrival.
- Cancellations: In honor of our limited 2-cat policy, cancellations must be
made 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
6. Check-out & Abandonment
If a cat is not collected within 7 days of the scheduled date and no contact can be made, we
follow local Dutch animal welfare procedures for rehoming. All accrued costs remain payable by
the owner.
